Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of CBSL by providing administrative support.
- Manage communication, including responding to emails and answering calls.
- Maintain records, organize files, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Support inventory management and procurement processes.
- Follow up on client payments and maintain financial records.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Prior internship or administrative experience is an advantage.
