Job Summary:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and dedicated

IT Specialist to join our team in South Africa.

As an IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, providing top-notch support to our users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert IT support to end-users, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Manage and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
Coordinate local IT projects, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with the global IT team to implement new technologies, systems, and processes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and process documents.
Conduct regular system monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance IT services and user experience.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
Excellent technical skills, including experience with:
Microsoft Windows operating systems
Microsoft Office applications
Mobile device management
Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with users at all levels.
